1. Introduction

At EVERMORY LLC (“EVERMORY” or “the Company”), we are committed to conducting our business with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and social responsibility.
This Code of Conduct (“the Code”) defines the principles, values, and expectations that guide our actions as a company, our employees, our business partners, and our suppliers worldwide.

We believe that ethical conduct is the foundation of sustainable growth, trust, and long-term success. Every person representing EVERMORY is expected to uphold these values at all times.

3. Scope of Application

This Code applies to:

  • All employees, contractors, consultants, and representatives of EVERMORY LLC;

  • All suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners within our value chain;

  • Any third parties acting on behalf of EVERMORY, including distributors, marketing affiliates, and service providers.

Compliance with this Code is a condition of doing business with EVERMORY.


4. Ethical Business Conduct

4.1 Integrity and Honesty

We conduct our business honestly and transparently.
All employees and partners must:

  • Avoid conflicts of interest;

  • Never falsify information or engage in misleading practices;

  • Disclose potential conflicts to management;

  • Compete fairly and respect intellectual property rights.

4.2 Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery

EVERMORY has zero tolerance for corruption or bribery.
No one shall, directly or indirectly, offer, pay, solicit, or accept any bribe, kickback, or improper payment.
All business dealings must comply with:

  • The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)

  • The UK Bribery Act (where applicable)

  • Local anti-corruption laws in all jurisdictions of operation.

Gifts, hospitality, or entertainment must never influence, or appear to influence, business decisions.


5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including:

  • Consumer protection and fair trade laws;

  • Data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, GDPR where applicable);

  • Labor and employment laws;

  • Environmental and product safety regulations;

  • Export control and customs laws.

EVERMORY maintains a proactive compliance program to ensure our operations meet or exceed regulatory standards.


6. Human Rights and Labor Practices

6.1 Fair Treatment

We uphold the dignity, respect, and rights of all individuals. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or abuse of any kind are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Fair Wages and Working Hours

Suppliers must compensate employees fairly and comply with all applicable wage, hour, and benefits laws.

6.3 Child and Forced Labor

EVERMORY strictly prohibits the use of child labor, forced labor, or human trafficking in any form.
All partners must verify the age and working conditions of their workforce.

6.4 Freedom of Association

We respect employees’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining in accordance with applicable laws.

Suppliers and employees are expected to:

  • Maintain safe working conditions;

  • Immediately report hazards, accidents, or unsafe practices.

EVERMORY regularly audits suppliers and warehouses to ensure compliance with our safety standards.


8. Environmental Responsibility

Personal data must be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited.

  • Price-fixing or market allocation;

Suppliers who fail to meet our ethical expectations may be subject to review, corrective action, or termination of business relations.

14. Reporting Concerns and Whistleblower Protection

All complaints are investigated promptly and fairly.
